Privacy policy.
Written to be read. The one-line summary: we collect what running the service requires — your account, your billing (via Stripe), your run inputs and the telemetry of your runs — and we don't sell any of it. This marketing site itself collects nothing at all: no cookies, no trackers, no external requests.
LAUNCH EDITION · EFFECTIVE 2026-07-08
Intent Atlas is newly launched. Bracketed values like [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] mark registration details that will be completed as the company's paperwork lands — shown honestly rather than invented. When they're filled in, this page will be re-dated and the change noted under §9.
The short version
- ✓This site sets no cookies and runs no trackers — every page is one self-contained file.
- ✓We collect four things: account details, billing records, run inputs, run telemetry.
- ✓Card details never touch our servers — Stripe processes every payment.
- ✓We don't sell your data and run no ad or analytics trackers anywhere.
- ✓Delivered packages stay yours — downloadable for the life of your account.
- ✓Your rights work by email: access, export, correction, deletion — answered personally.
THE SHORT VERSION IS A SUMMARY — THE NUMBERED SECTIONS BELOW ARE THE POLICY.
01This website
The pages at intentatlas.ai — the one you're reading — are self-contained files: no cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels, no external requests of any kind. That isn't a setting that could quietly change; it's how the pages are built, and you can verify it in your browser's network inspector.
True by construction: every page here ships as one HTML file with its styles and graphics inlined. There is nothing on this site to consent to, which is why there is no cookie banner.
Like any website, our hosting infrastructure keeps standard server access logs (IP address, time, page requested) for security and operations; they're used for nothing else and are kept only briefly. The app behind /login is a working product surface — it uses the strictly necessary cookies or local storage a login session requires, and nothing third-party for advertising or analytics.
02What we collect
Four categories, all of them created by using the product:
- Account details — your name, email address, login credentials, and the workspaces, seats and settings you create.
- Billing records — your plan, invoices, credit purchases and payment status. Payments are processed by Stripe; your card details never touch our servers.
- Run inputs — what you give a run to work with: the keyword, the target market, the page mode, and any page URL or notes you attach.
- Run telemetry — the operational record of each run, station by station: timings, provider usage, cost accounting, failures. This is what powers glass-box runs, failure refunds and accurate billing.
Plus the obvious fifth: correspondence — if you email hello@intentatlas.ai, we keep the thread so we can actually help you.
03How we use it
To run the product — nothing more exotic than that: delivering your runs, keeping your account and workspaces working, billing correctly, refunding failed runs, answering your email, keeping the service secure, and improving the pipeline from how runs actually behave. We don't use your data to advertise to you, and we don't profile you beyond what operating your account requires.
04Runs read the public web
The product's job is reading publicly available web pages: a run captures the search results for your keyword and fetches the publicly ranking pages as evidence. That is keyword research, not people research — the pipeline studies pages and search demand, and we don't use it to build profiles of individuals. The evidence a run gathers exists to produce your package and its written reasoning.
05Processors, in plain words
We're a small company; specialist providers run parts of the machine. They process data under contract, for us, to deliver the service — in plain words, the categories are:
- Payments — Stripe. Handles cards, subscriptions and invoices; the reason card details never touch our servers.
- Cloud hosting & storage. Runs our servers and stores accounts, packages and telemetry.
- Search-results and page-fetch providers. Power the capture stations — they receive the keyword, market and page URLs a run surveys.
- Model providers. Power the analysis stations — run inputs and the fetched public evidence pass through them to produce your package.
- Email delivery. Sends the transactional mail your account needs — receipts, run notifications, replies.
The current list of named providers is yours for the asking at hello@intentatlas.ai — at launch stage it changes as the pipeline evolves, and an email answers it more honestly than a page that goes stale.
06What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent your data — not personal details, not run inputs, not aggregate "insights" about your keywords.
- We don't run ad networks, retargeting, or cross-site tracking — on this site (which has none of it, by construction) or in the app.
- We don't share your run inputs with anyone except the processors above, in the course of executing your run.
- We don't send marketing you didn't ask for — account mail is transactional; anything else is opt-in and one click to leave.
07How long we keep things
For the life of your account: your account details, your delivered packages (downloadable for the life of the account — that's a product promise, so we keep them), and the run telemetry that documents what you were charged and refunded.
When you close your account, we delete or de-identify your personal data within a reasonable operational window, keeping only what the law makes us keep — chiefly invoices and tax records, for as long as accounting rules require. Hosting-level access logs (§1) rotate out on their own short schedule.
08Your rights
The data controller is [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] (terms §1). Depending on where you live, data protection law gives you rights to access, export, correct, delete, or object to processing of your personal data — and we answer those requests for everyone, wherever you live, because email is cheaper than jurisdiction hair-splitting.
Write to hello@intentatlas.ai from your account address; we verify it's you and answer personally. If you're unsatisfied with how we handle it, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live — that right is yours regardless of anything on this page.
09Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, the new edition is posted here with a new effective date; for material changes we email account holders in advance. The filling-in of the bracketed registration placeholders will be treated as a change and noted the same way.
10Contact
Privacy questions, rights requests, or anything this page should say more plainly: hello@intentatlas.ai — answered personally by the people who run the desk. See also the terms of service.
