LEGAL
Terms of service.
Written to be read. These are the same rules the pricing page states, in the same words — how plans and credits work, what happens when a run fails, what's yours when we deliver it, and the one promise we refuse to make. If you ever spot this page and the pricing page disagreeing, tell us and we'll fix it.
LAUNCH EDITION · EFFECTIVE 2026-07-08
Intent Atlas is newly launched. Bracketed values like [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] mark registration details that will be completed as the company's paperwork lands — shown honestly rather than invented. When they're filled in, this page will be re-dated and the change noted under §12.
The short version
- ✓You pay monthly or yearly; credits meter the work. Yearly is 12 months for the price of 9.
- ✓Failed runs pay you back — their credits return automatically, in full.
- ✓Delivered packages are yours — use them, brand them, deliver them to clients.
- ✓Cancel anytime; remaining credits expire when the subscription ends, delivered packages stay downloadable.
- ✓No ranking guarantees — from us or anyone honest. We ground the plan in evidence; nobody controls the SERP.
- ✓Questions beat lawyers: hello@intentatlas.ai is answered personally.
THE SHORT VERSION IS A SUMMARY — THE NUMBERED SECTIONS BELOW ARE THE TERMS.
01Who we are
Intent Atlas is operated by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME], registered at [COMPANY ADDRESS] (“Intent Atlas”, “we”, “us”). These terms are an agreement between that company and you — the person or organization holding the account (“you”). By creating an account or using the service, you accept them.
02The service
Intent Atlas is a research pipeline: you give it a keyword, a market and a page mode; it surveys the live search results, reads the ranking pages as evidence, and delivers a content execution package — a page blueprint, a writer's guide, a build guide and a page mockup. Packages come from two engines (premium and standard) in two modes (on-page and guest-post), as described on how it works.
The service produces research and plans, not legal, financial or professional advice — what you publish, and whether it complies with the laws that apply to your business, remains your call and your responsibility.
03Your account
Keep your account details accurate and your credentials to yourself; you're responsible for what happens under your login. Workspaces, seats and roles let you bring your team and your clients' projects into one subscription — the people you invite act under your account, so choose their roles accordingly.
At launch, every account is onboarded personally. We may decline or close accounts that abuse the service (see §9); if we ever close one without that cause, we refund the unused portion of what you've paid.
04Plans & billing
Three plans, one product: Starter $199, Growth $499 and Scale $999 per month, differing only in monthly credits (200 / 500 / 1,000). Yearly billing is 12 months for the price of 9 — $1,791, $4,491 and $8,991 respectively — with credits arriving monthly as usual. Prices are in USD; taxes may apply depending on your location and are shown at checkout.
Payment is processed by Stripe — your card details never touch our servers. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. If a renewal payment fails, we'll retry and email you before anything is suspended. If we change a plan's price, we tell you in advance and the change applies from your next billing cycle — never retroactively.
There is no free tier and no trial. The $199 Starter month is the trial: the entire product, 200 credits, cancel anytime.
05Credits
Credits are the only meter. Every run has a fixed price, charged when the run starts:
| Run | Credits |
|---|---|
| Premium on-page blueprint package | 50 |
| Standard on-page blueprint package | 25 |
| Premium guest-post blueprint package | 15 |
| Standard guest-post blueprint package | 5 |
- Credit life: each month's credits stay usable for 12 months from the month they're granted, while you're subscribed. On yearly billing, credits stay good for 2 years while the plan renews.
- Top-ups: buy extra credits anytime at your plan's rate — $1.00 on Starter, $0.90 on Growth, $0.80 on Scale — without changing plans. Top-up credits follow the same lifetime rules.
- One pool: spend credits on any mix of run types, across all your workspaces.
- Credits are not money: they're the service's internal meter — non-transferable between accounts and not redeemable for cash, except where a refund is owed under these terms or by law.
06Failed runs
If a run fails at any station, its credits return automatically, in full — no support ticket, no partial deductions. You only spend credits on packages that land. If you believe a delivered package failed in substance rather than at a station, write to us — a human looks at every such case.
07Cancelling & credit expiry
Cancel anytime from your billing settings — no calls, no retention scripts. Your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for, and you keep using your credits until then.
Credits live as long as the subscription does: when your paid period ends, remaining credits expire with it. Every package already delivered stays yours — downloadable for the life of your account, subscribed or not. Upgrades and downgrades take effect at your next cycle, and your credit balance carries across plan changes.
08Your deliverables
Delivered packages belong to you. Once a run completes, the blueprint, writer's guide, build guide and mockup for your keyword are yours to use, adapt, publish from, and deliver to clients — including white-label, under your own brand, on every plan. We claim no rights over the pages you go on to build.
What stays ours is the instrument: the pipeline, the method, the software and the site. Your account doesn't license you to resell access to the service itself, or to repackage its raw output as a competing research service — delivering results to your clients is the product working as intended; rebadging the pipeline is not.
09Fair use
Use the service lawfully and as a person would: real keywords, real projects, credentials kept within your team. In particular:
- Run research for pages and businesses you're entitled to work on, with inputs that are lawful in the markets you target.
- Access the service through the product itself — not by scraping it, probing it, reverse-engineering it, or automating around its limits.
- Present the output honestly to your own clients — as research-backed planning, never as a ranking guarantee (see §10).
If an account crosses these lines we'll say so plainly and, for serious or repeated abuse, suspend or close it. Section §3's refund promise doesn't apply to closures for abuse.
10No ranking guarantees
We do not promise rankings, traffic, or revenue — and we never will. Nobody controls the search results: engines change, competitors move, and execution is in your hands. Anyone promising a position is selling weather.
What we stand behind is the work itself: packages built from the live evidence of your SERP, with the reasoning written down so you can inspect every decision. Buying credits buys that research — not an outcome on a page we don't operate.
11The service as-is; our liability
We run the service with care, and the failure rule in §6 is deliberately mechanical — but the service is provided “as is”: we don't warrant uninterrupted availability, that every source page fetches, or that research output fits every purpose. Launch stage means exactly that, and we'd rather say it here than surprise you.
To the extent the law allows: we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost profits, lost rankings, lost data on your side), and our total liability under these terms is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't lawfully be limited, or your statutory rights as a consumer where they apply.
12Changes to these terms
When we change these terms, we post the new edition here with a new effective date, and for material changes we email account holders in advance. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept it; if you don't, cancel under §7 before it does. The filling-in of the bracketed registration placeholders (§1, §13) will be treated as a change and noted the same way.
13Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], and its courts have jurisdiction over disputes that can't be resolved by talking to us first — which, at this size, is genuinely how we expect every disagreement to be resolved. Mandatory consumer protections of your home country remain yours regardless.
