What exactly counts as one credit?
A credit is the unit runs are priced in — on Starter, one credit is one
dollar, and the run prices are fixed: 50 credits for a premium on-page
blueprint, 25 for standard on-page, 15 for a premium guest-post, 5 for a
standard guest-post. The price is always shown before you start a run.
Can I mix blueprint types?
Freely. Credits are one pool — spend them on any mix of on-page and
guest-post runs, premium and standard, across any of your projects and
client workspaces.
Do unused credits roll over?
Yes. Credits stay usable for 12 months from the month they're granted,
as long as your subscription is active. On yearly plans that keep renewing,
credits stay good for 2 years.
What happens to my credits if I cancel?
Credits live as long as the subscription does: when your paid period
ends, remaining credits expire with it. Every package already delivered
stays yours — downloadable for the life of your account.
What if a run fails?
Its credits come back automatically, in full — no support ticket. You
only ever pay for packages that land.
How does yearly billing work?
You pay nine months' price for twelve months: $1,791 on Starter, $4,491
on Growth, $8,991 on Scale. Credits arrive monthly as usual, and yearly
credits stay usable for 2 years while the plan renews.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade, downgrade or cancel from your billing settings at any
time. For a one-off heavy month, credit top-ups at your plan's rate are
usually the cheaper move.
Is white-label really on every plan?
Yes. Client workspaces, seats and roles, and white-label branded exports
are on Starter, Growth and Scale alike. Plans differ only in credits.
Is there a free trial or free tier?
No. The $199 Starter month is the trial: the entire product, 200 credits,
cancel anytime. A crippled free tier would show you something other than the
product; a real month shows you the product.
